Adults: Swallow with water one or two Softgels as needed after meals and at bedtime. Do
not exceed four Softgels in 24 hours except under the advice and supervision of a
physician.

Blue 1, gelatin, glycerin, peppermint oil, Red 40, sorbitol, titanium dioxide, water,
